Code for "Experimental determination of factors controlling U/Ca of aragonite precipitated from seawater: implications for interpreting coral skeleton"

The script calculates partitioning coefficients for Sr/Ca and U/CO3 in aragonite for the abiogenic experiments described in DeCarlo et al. (2015). Please see the paper for details of the methods and calculation scheme. Note that the Monte Carlo analysis for the final results presented in the paper was conducted with 1000 iterations (requires several days computing time), while here I have set the iterations to 3 so that the analysis will run in a reasonable amount of time. Thus, results here may vary slightly from the published results due to the random errors added during the calculations and the relatively few iterations performed.
