Brassica multi-species graph pangenome and de novo Brassica annotation

This dataset contains a multi-species Brassica graph pangenome in gfa format and pre-indexed for vg's giraffe. This data set also includes 13 de novo annotations created using MAKER. These de novo annotations were used to annotate the graph pangenome prior to visualisation within a Panache instance.
