The legal profession in Australia is trying to better support women after a study found 1 in 3 female lawyers have experienced sexual harassment at work, and it is the number one reason women leave the profession. A spotlight has fallen on the industry's issue with harassment following a High Court investigation which alleges former Justice Dyson Heydon had sexually harassed female associates. He denies the allegations.
