Plagiarists, fakes and frauds have a long history in Australia, particularly in our literary scene. 

But with the rise of social media and platforms that encourage copying trends and sharing material, plagiarising is more rife than ever. 

So what does it take for someone to do it blatantly? And could we all be doing it without realising?
