Researcher helps protect penguins

A University of WA researcher is helping to protect the Little Penguin colonies of Garden and Penguin Islands in the face of encroaching development and environmental risks.
Animal behaviourist Dr Belinda Cannell visits the penguins up to every second day, after the Royal Australian Navy invited her to help HMAS Stirling reduce the risk of damage to the nearby colony.
