A joint initiative of the UWA Public Policy Institute, UWA Law School and Australian Association of Constitutional Law, this panel explored the constitutional and legal implications of the proposed amendment to the Australian Constitution to establish an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament. The panel consisted of Kim Farmer, the Hon Robert French AC, Aurora Milroy, the Hon Ken Wyatt AM and Murray Wesson as moderator. The panel was open to public, streamed online and subsequently made available as a recording on youtube.
