Description
Following my participation in a Māori Rōpū presenting evidence to the Waitangi Tribunal of Aotearoa New Zealand on March 2202 noted as Wai 2575 - The Health Services and Outcomes Kaupapa Inquiry on the harms of Waipiro (alcohol), I was then invited onto the expert panel to be named member of Te Kāhui Taurikura - the FASD Advisory Rōpū, to/of Manatū Hauora and the New Zealand Government. The Waitangi Tribunal directed the NZ Government to enter into negotiation with the expert Māori panel so to bring about culturally and trauma informed changes to policies and practices for FASD| Period | 2022 |
