Josh Murchie:
Cofounder of Little Phil, 6+ years of Nonprofit & Emerging Technology experience, Josh was previously a Fellow of the Yunus Centre and Teacher of Digital Innovation at Griffith University. Josh and littlephil.org have been featured at global technology conferences and were recently awarded Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Griffith University Young Alumni of the Year. Josh provides executive training and advisory services for emerging technologies and strategic planning to both for-profit and nonprofit leaders.

Professor David Gilchrest:
For over 30 years, Professor David Gilchrist has held many senior roles in the not-for-profit, commercial and public sectors. Most recently, he held the role of Assistant Auditor General in Western Australia. Before that, he taught accounting and finance at the London School of Economics and Portsmouth University in the UK and Curtin University and Edith Cowan University in Australia. He was the Foundation Director of the Curtin Not-for-profit Initiative for five years. He held the position of Associate Dean of the School of Business at the University of Notre Dame Australia, where he was an adjunct professor of Not-for-profit Leadership. He is currently a Visiting Professor and Research Chief Investigator in NFP Studies at the NFPO Research Centre, Hebei GEO University, and Peoples’ Republic of China.

Nigel Harris OAM:
Nigel Harris is an established and recognised non-profit sector leader with a strong focus on fundraising and philanthropy. With a career spanning nearly 40 years, Nigel is one of Australia’s most experienced and successful health foundation CEOs and a respected advisor to organisational leaders, fundraising executives, and donors.

Charlotte Sangster:
Charlotte Sangster is professional fundraiser, NFP CEO an advocate for diversity and inclusion! She is passionate about developing impactful organisational strategies, and strong partnerships for the benefit of our community.
In her current role as the CEO of Muscular Dystrophy NSW and Executive Committee Member of the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation Australia, she is committed to transforming passion into action!
Her journey with MDNSW started in 2017. Since then, she has steered the organisation and her amazing team through multiple complex transitions. From the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and withdrawal of state government funding for disability services to the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic she’s seen it all. Through strategic decision-making and resource management, she has successfully positioned MDNSW in a robust financial position as they now embark on an exciting new chapter of development.
