Music and Health: A One-Day Symposium

Description

This one-day conference that was open to the public as part of Research Week 2017 marked the first time that Music and Health had been explored as a sole topic focus in a conference in Western Australia. This symposium was part of a larger project building an international research collaboration between Australian and Canadian researchers, funded by the University of Western Australia through its Research Collaboration Awards scheme. It was a forum where national and international experts came together to share their research and interdisciplinary perspectives with one another, the academic community and the wider West Australian public.
