Description
Third time visit to Institute of Biology, Gansu Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou. Presented an invited public talk “Root System Architecture and Rhizosphere Interactions for Adaptation to Environmental Stress”. Invited by Deputy Director Prof Ying Zhu. Over 100 teachers, researchers, and postgraduate students from several institutions/centres, Lanzhou University and Gansu Agricultural University were attended the lecture. I once co-supervised Prof Zhu's PhD research when she was at Lanzhou University, and have several joint publications with Prof Zhu since then.
