Description

To investigate how individuals use short-term task choice to facilitate emotional recovery. We focus on everyday task activities which are related to individual episodic behaviour (i.e., creativity and other behaviours) and wellbeing. This project involves development of a skill-mapping technique. By implications, this project has the potential to advance understanding of work motivation, creativity, and wellbeing.
