Exploring the aged care workforce cultural understandings of the Good Spirit Good Life (GSGL) framework

Good Spirit Good Life (GSGL) is a validated tool co-designed with Aboriginal Elders and service providers to measure the quality of life (QoL) of older Indigenous Australians people. This presentation is one component of a larger research project aimed at the co-design and implementation of the GSGL education package with the aged care workforce. The first stage aims to explore the cultural understanding of the aged care workforce in relation to the GSGL framework.
