Member of Working Group. The Working Group submitted reports that led to the amendment of the Wills Act 1970 in 2007, the Inheritance (Family and Dependants Provision) Act 1972 in 2011, and the intestacy provisions of the Administration Act 1903 (currently in bill before Parliament). In 2019 the group completed its work by submitting its fourth and final report on Administration of Estates.)
